Competitions for the 2016/2017 season

Winners of the pool stages will then proceed to the semi-finals (see fixtures). We will also be playing Somerset, in a Black Hills Cup (tentative date 9th April).

Selection, trials and training
Trials for the county ladies' squad will be held in January 2017 and all ladies hoping to represent the county must attend at least one of these trials.
As it is difficult to find a Sunday when teams within the county are not playing either a league or cup fixture, this season trials and training (until mid-April) will be held on Saturday mornings, so as not to interfere with club rugby.
Trials will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 and January 28, 2017 at 9am. We are still arranging venues for this, however one will be in the Exeter area, and the other in the Plymouth area To be selected for the squad this year you will have to attend at least one, and ideally both, training sessions.
Similarly to the process last year we will invite back an extended squad to a further selection process on Saturday, February 11, 2017, where the final team will be selected. If you are interested in attending trials please register in advance your details using this link: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/CK2TLHW
