Job Title: Clubhouse Manager at Topsham Rugby Football Club

Hours: 40 hours per week (weekend work will be required)

Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays

Salary: £22-£25,000 depending on experience

Topsham Rugby Football Club are looking for a proactive Clubhouse Manager to help the trustees and volunteers create a sustainable business using our facilities. This is an exciting and rewarding role which will allow the right person to get involved in all aspects of the business and charity, developing our marketing and sales plan, working with volunteers to organise fundraising events and working with the dedicated team to run the clubhouse on a day to day basis. This role will suit a candidate with a proven track record in income generation and people management. This is a great opportunity for the right person to come in and own this role. 

Topsham RFC was established in 1983 and we offer rugby to people of all abilities from under 7 to over 70. Minis, Juniors, Colts, Ladies, Mens and Walking Rugby sections are all thriving but need to be supported by active management of the clubhouse and facilities . The philosophy of the club is to be competitive but above all enjoy rugby. It is important that all our members benefit from being part of such a pro-active and vibrant club. This is a very exciting time to join the rugby club, with floodlights due in September and lots of exciting plans to expand the club.
