Position Workshop Series

Each week we will be talking to our England players around position specific skills, analysing in-game clips and sharing thoughts on decision making.

Home School Resources

We have also created some free home schooling resources. From the history of rugby to PE, English and Maths. The free resources can be accessed here.

Following the RFU Council decision and because of the effect of Covid-19, the requirement to provide a Payment of Player declaration as per Regulation 7 has been removed for season 2020/21. This will mean that all clubs will be eligible for RFU benefits for season 2021/22, with a requirement to complete the declaration again from March 2022.

A week ago, saw the launch of the Age Grade Playing calendar. This was a little later than anticipated due to Covid-19 and the recent lockdowns.

This is now with CBs, CSUs, Academies, Centres of Excellence, RPPGs and other local stakeholders to populate their local programmes together. They will share calendars with clubs, schools and colleges and publish on their websites as soon as they can.

Retaining young players has never been more critical with the impact of the pandemic on grassroots participation. Working with our official legal partner, Irwin Mitchell, we’re excited to announce the Irwin Mitchell Mentoring Club launch. Together, we’ll share advice and provide guidance on how you can engage and retain your adolescent players to keep them in the sport for longer. Join ambassadors Dylan Hartley & Sarah Hunter in our club today.

Once again we want to thank all of our clubs, CBs and universities for sending in their shirts and continuing to show their support during the pandemic. Below we have a link that can be used to download images of the club shirts displayed during our 2021 Guinness Six Nations matches and we hope you’ve enjoyed seeing yours.

Despite rugby being on pause, we still have some fantastic webinars on-demand that you can catch up on by following the links below.
