Mental health and resilience workshop to be held at Plymstock

DEVON RFU will be holding a mental health and resilience workshop at Plymstock Albion Oaks RFC on Tuesday, September 24 (7pm).

The evening will be led by Rich Berry, who is Gloucestershire RFU’s mental health ambassador as well as a headteacher at a special school for boys with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. He has championed the cause of raising awareness within rugby. Rich is also DPP coach at Bristol Bears, a safeguarding tutor and president of Old Bristolians.

Earlier this year he successful held a similar workshop at Exmouth which went proved extremely popular.
